Located in Clovis, New Mexico, Southwest Cheese Company LLC is one of the largest and most efficient producers of high-quality cheese and dairy whey ingredients in the world. Southwest Cheese is the result of a successful dairy industry joint venture between Glanbia plc and the Greater Southwest Agency, Inc.

Fully operational in October, 2006, our food business operates two separate state-of-the-art cheese and whey production facilities. At full capacity, we can process over 2.7 billion pounds of milk, and produce in excess of 280 million pounds of superior block cheese and 18.5 million pounds of high value-added whey proteins each year. Our facility is expected to meet a projected goal of $400 million in sales to both national and international markets, and employ a first-rate workforce of over 225 employees.
