Quality Cheese and Whey Proteins

At Southwest Cheese, we are committed to producing premium block American, Cheddar, Monterey Jack and Colby Jack cheeses and highly-purified whey proteins for our customers. Using only the freshest ingredients supplied by our eastern New Mexico and west Texas dairy farmers, Southwest Cheese can process over 2.7 billion pounds of milk, and produce in excess of 280 million pounds of superior block cheese and 18.5 million pounds of high value-added whey proteins each year. Each milk batch is tested thoroughly for antibiotics and other contaminants, rejecting any supply that does not meet our high-quality standards.
