At Southwest Cheese, we are committed to producing premium style American, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Colby Jack and Pepper Jack cheeses and highly-purified whey proteins powders for our customers. Using only the freshest ingredients supplied by our eastern New Mexico and west Texas dairy farmers, Southwest Cheese can process over 3.8 billion pounds of milk, and produce in excess of 388 million pounds of superior block cheese and 29.1 million pounds of high value-added whey proteins powder each year. Each milk batch is tested thoroughly for antibiotics and other contaminants, rejecting any supply that does not meet our high-quality standards.
